ElectroNet Awards

Celebrating Excellence and Core Values

Foundational principles

On Friday 28 November 2025, we proudly celebrated the second year of the ElectroNet Awards, live from the Greymouth Regent Theatre and online. Around 100 staff joined us in person, with 131 online viewers (not counting those watching together), making it a fantastic company-wide celebration!

Employees were invited to submit nominations over the year, across four key categories, each reflecting our foundational principles:

Each category reflects every winner exemplifies our Values which are:

  • Looking After Each Other

  • Working Smarter

  • Doing the Right Thing

  • Achieving Great Things

2025 marked a big milestone for the Awards Programme. After receiving 55 entries in our first year, we were overwhelmed to receive 102 entries this year, a clear sign of the incredible work happening right across the business.

Each section was judged against set criteria, with three finalists selected, one of whom went on to win the category.
